A website that stays up, and stays yours.
We build it, host it, keep the domain and the phone number alive, and make the changes when you ask. You never log into anything.
Prices in Australian dollars · Billed through Stripe · Cancel any time
Most small business websites die the same way.
Someone's nephew built it in 2019. He has a real job now and nobody has the login.
The domain lapsed because the renewal went to an email address that no longer exists.
You have wanted to change the price list for eight months and it is still wrong.
None of those are technical problems. They are all the same problem: the site was handed to you and then nobody was responsible for it. Optello Hosting is the other arrangement — we stay responsible for it, for as long as you are paying for it.
What the price covers
All of it is in every plan. There is no tier where the important parts live.
Hosting that stays up
Your pages are built once and served as flat files from a global network. There is no server to fall over, no database to corrupt, and nothing to patch at midnight.
A domain, kept alive
We register it, point it at the site, and keep it renewed. No expiry email you missed in 2027, no site quietly going dark because a card expired.
Enquiries that reach you
The contact form emails you the moment someone fills it in. No portal to log into, no app to install, no lead sitting in a database you never open.
A phone number on the page
A number that rings your phone, on the site and in the header where people actually look for it. We keep it paid for as part of the plan.
Changes, made for you
New price list, new photos, a suburb you've started servicing — send it over and we make the change. You never open an editor or learn a builder.
HTTPS, renewed on its own
A certificate that renews itself, so the browser never puts a “Not secure” warning between you and a customer.
Fast, on a bad phone, on bad reception
Static pages with no framework to boot up. That matters when your customer is standing in a driveway on three bars.
Australian, and reachable
Prices in Australian dollars, billed through Stripe. When you need something, you email a person here — not a ticket queue in another timezone.
Two ways to pay. Same site.
Paying for the year saves you $250 and includes your own .com.au. That is the only difference.
Month to month
Billed monthly. No minimum term — cancel any time.
- Everything in the list above, live from day one
- No setup fee, no build fee, no exit fee
- Your own .com.au for $5 a month more
- Cancel whenever — one email, no retention call
Pay for the year
Billed once a year and renews automatically, so year two isn't free.
- Everything in the list above, live from day one
- Your own .com.au included — we register it and keep it renewed
- $250 less than twelve months of the monthly plan
- One invoice a year instead of twelve
On the monthly plan, your own .com.au is $5 a month on top. On the yearly plan it is included — twelve months up front already covers the registration several times over, and we would rather give you the domain than the discount. Prices are in Australian dollars.
You see it before you buy it
You see the site first
We build it before you pay anything. You get a link to a finished site with your business on it — your trades, your suburbs, your photos — not a mockup and not a template with lorem ipsum in it.
You pick a plan
Card details go to Stripe, not to us. Monthly or yearly, and whether you want your own domain. It takes about two minutes and there is nothing to install.
It becomes yours
The domain gets pointed, the phone number goes live, and the enquiry form starts landing in your inbox. Nothing goes offline during the handover — the site you approved is the site that stays up.
The questions people actually ask
- What happens if I stop paying?
- The site comes down. This is a rental, not a purchase: hosting, the domain and the phone number keep costing us for as long as the site is up, so the billing has to keep going. We will always tell you before anything goes dark, and there is no penalty for leaving.
- Do I own the domain?
- Yes. It is registered in your business's name. We manage the DNS while you are with us, and if you leave we hand it over rather than hold it hostage.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. There is no build fee, no setup fee and no minimum term on the monthly plan. The price you see is the whole price.
- Why is the yearly plan a subscription and not a one-off?
- Because year two would otherwise be free, and the site would still be costing us hosting and a phone number. It renews automatically at the same price, and you can cancel before it does.
- Can I move from monthly to yearly?
- Any time. You get the $250 saving and the domain stops being a separate line on the bill.
- Can I have email on my domain?
- Email isn't part of the plan, but your domain is yours — we will point the records at Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or whatever you already use, at no charge.
- Who writes the words on the site?
- We do the first version from what is already public about your business. Then you tell us what is wrong, and we fix it. Most people send one email of corrections and that's the site.
Tell us the business. We'll build the site.
Send us your business name and what you do. We put together a finished site with your trades, your suburbs and your details on it, and send you the link. If you like it, you pick a plan. If you don't, you have lost an email.
- No obligation and no card details to see it
- $75 a month if you keep it
- Live within a few days of you saying yes
